Makes me laugh when people complain about housing shortages just because everyone wants to live in the cool cities, but can't afford to.....EXACTLY  there is no shortage.. many of the rust belt mid west cities will have between 5 to 20k vacant homes thats a fact. but they are not in areas were most owner occs want to live.. its the domain of cash flow investors. there is a shortage of NEW nice affordable housing.. no question about that..  

My partner and I have already secured a domain on GoDaddy and an email for the site however all of the website builder tutorials I have watched have been for full IDX/MLS listing real estate websites.

I am working on creating my website and want to know: am I allowed to use the word Realty in my domain name, if I'm only a salesperson and not a broker?

Would you advise one starting out to get an entity started right away and buy a domain name, website, social media...? 

I'm 8 min from the Domain.

My concern is as soon as I buy this lot the government will seize it thru eminent domain.

As far as experience in attracting national tenants, no one has domain knowledge on my team.

Additionally dig waaaaayyy back into the deeds to when the land was taken via eminent domain.

Especially if you are going in to base at the south gates, Georgetown is only a 40-45 min drive, and about the same into downtown Austin, or 30 minutes to the Domain.
