Also look to see if there are co-op programs where it may take 5 years instead of 4 to finish, but they are gaining experience and networking.

Bob  thats not correct Mike was self promoting for years before he even got a partner.but the OP if he wish's Mike only charges 15k to be mentored how to do a sub to in what he believes is the correct or safest way..

depending on what your volumes and stats on that kroger are, and its its actually an OP for that kroger then the .7 is enough for an urgent care to build on.
