There is a different rule for mortgages signed after January 1, 2016 (I'll put that at the end, so it won't be a distraction here) The redemption price tag is the winning bid amount at the foreclosure auction, plus some additional charges.

Otherwise, it's easy to get overwhelmed and distracted.

John J.had said is also key learning and reading is great but if you're not taking action after getting some understanding then it's just a distraction that won't get you anywhere best of luck on your goals. 

They seem to look at the house as a whole rather than any particular finish, for example, granite counter tops won't distract them from seeing all the poorly installed tiling and paint sloped on windows.

It would be a distraction.  

I am curious to know if any real estate brokers/agents on BP also have your NMLS license and if you do, has it been beneficial having your NMLS license for refinancing and originating your personal loans or more of a distraction for you?

The reason I still take pictures is because it shows the problem areas better and it's easier to send copies to a collection agency or an attorney when going after the tenant.One last thing: I do not allow tenants to be present for a final inspection because they will try to distract you from things.

These distractions that we have come with the territory but they can also lead to poor operational risk management and be dangerous to ourselves and others.
