I know that in most cases this wouldn't be an issue, but there is a big difference between 1 Poodle and 5 "Insert Stereotypically Agressive Dog Breed Here", yet I don't see any language in the bill that would distinguish between those two scenarios.

a specific quote from the actual HUD guidance,"HUD is providing this guidance to help housing providers distinguish between a person with a nonobvious disability who has a legitimate need for an assistance animal and a person without adisability who simply wants to have a pet or avoid the costs and limitations imposed by housingproviders’ pet policies, such as pet fees or deposits."

@Don Konipol Hey Don I appreciate you clarifying the term wholesaling for me, and I definitely didn’t mean any disrespect by calling it an investment strategy, but I appreciate you pointing out the detailed and distinguishable differences of how it is an occupation, and why it doesn’t fit the criteria of real estate investing because I would have never known otherwise man ha!

Then again, when dealing with potential tenant-buyers who may be less ideal candidates, I suppose a stage house might not help distinguish between someone who is a good fit or not.
