They have nice looking direct booking sites, but I'm more curious about their digital marketing training and crm software included with their package. 

I just need to be pointed in the right direction because I get deals in my inbox from people I communicate with all over the country.

@Tiana Lazard check with your local municipality, but unlikely you can claim homestead unless it is still your legal address - and you want tenants getting your mail.

Mailing/emailing a notice to "start the clock" doesn't cost much and should be done to NOT lose time if tenant doesn't pay.

You can't directly do something to allow you to sell the flip, and buy the triplex without paying gains. 

Won't be using them again on the next flip that's for sure. are you working directly with them or is this a broker who acts as a correspondent lender?

From the website and information packet I read through it seems like a good way to dip a toe into farmland investing but haven't really been able to find any independent reviews or feedback that isn't posted directly on their website.

Understand what you are investing in....is it a secured loan, unsecured loan, membership interest in an entity that deploys capital like a feeder fund or direct membership interest in an entity that is the deed holder? 

Hey @Brett Baker, generally, any place with a great water view or directly on the water will bring more revenue.Of course profitability will all be based on purchase price and prevailing nightly rates in the area.If you find a cool 2/2 or 3/2 right on the water with a great view for 1.5m or a 2/2 or 3/2 house a block away for 600k, then I would look at the house over the condo.
