She works with a great group of investors helping people move their money out of the stock market and into physical assets — real estate.Some dialogue summarized below:1) How much simple passive Cashflow are you making today and how are you doing it?

It has now come to the point where they cannot have respectful dialogue and are looking to me for a resolution.

Once you find the phone number or can drive to them, call or pay a visit and begin the dialogue. 

I wanted to know if anyone had any scripts and dialogue they could spare or point me in the right direction to getting the best ones.

Very similar situation, great dialogue.

Third, I know we can work through problems together and have proper dialogue; we've started from opposite ends of a problem before and worked our way to somewhere in the middle.
