I would anticipate it would depend on the level of detail you desired but it has been my experience that the will do free estimates.

Figure out what they're willing to pay, use those numbers to refine your search on houses you should buy. 

What I mean is finding the type of deals that you could do with each of them that would capitalize on their unique knowledge and skill sets and desires.
