But the company adjusters and 3rd party adjusters are for the most part out to pay as little as you'll accept, or outright deny your claim.

That means they will deny every claim you have as soon as they see it was advertised for rental. 

I did suggest to them that I would like to do it as you stated, and was denied that right.
