I am in New York because I am involved with an exciting new social networking site focused to bring together the real estate and building industries, namely : real estate, planning, finance, development, design, construction, fabrication, and products.

Most things I hear are inaccurate, fabricated or exagerated by people that are never here.

What will add to the community fabric in the near term and help the building/block/area along towards the kind of commercial you envision?

When you screw around with RE buyers or tenants that is what you're messing with, the social and economic fabric of your community.

These lists tend to be comprised of fabricated names or unmotivated lenders and most have awful reputations.
