All purchases and payments need to go through the LLc account for LLC stuff, otherwise you are 'co-mingling' and defeating why you opened an LLC in the first place.

Borrower should never pay any money out of their pocket for rehab on a 203k, because doing so actually defeats the main purpose of using a 203k, which is wrapping the rehab cost into the loan and using that extra money to pay the contractors. 

If so, you may want to look into the concept of self-settled trusts to see if it defeats your intention.
