I really would like an app or site that allows you to compile a list of properties with notes on the spot, and bonus points if it pulls up any info on the property as well. 

SFH rentals, quite high IMO, and I have until this February 14th to appeal myself, date sneaking up on me. 

I or a partner have done at least two of his boot-camps over the years, including his land & commercial property which helped us buy our first three land joint ventures-with-the-sellers a few years ago – never has there been subsequent illegal charges, but I do read thoroughly the agreements and immediately notate in my day-timer the required termination date for any company’s teaser or rebate.Again, I empathize with those who had bad experiences with any company’s or guru’s teasers, but I’d suggest rather than avoiding teasers and rebates, take advantage of them!

Do you have an inspector come out the property every time or can we use app to confirm work has been completed?

Here are the dates proposed.  

I keep hearing they are waiting on concrete block and no one is giving me a good response on estimated delivery date.

If they have, you extend that time to 6 months from date of death.On top of that, every month you delay buying the house, the loan balance is going to increase. 

The close date comes and passes without notice despite me reaching out. 

These homes may be dated, but they can be decorated to a high standard.

And for solar, the technology is changing so rapidly that by the time it is installed it is out of date.
