It is not smoke and mirrors and a get rich quick scheme.

If you are a landlord go dark and hope they move on to some other unsuspecting landlord.

I also agree with about the photos, you need to hire a professional, you don't even have lights on in many of the photos, it looks dark and dreary, plus the dead grass...

HelloWe are prepping a new SFH rental property, and the previous owner smoked. 

None of this is useful without knowing the age/quality and ease of replacement tenant if it goes dark.

Hi,I have tenants that are ignoring the no smoking addendum in their lease and smoking both weed and cigarettes in their unit daily. 

She did not keep the house in good shape while she lived there for 20+ years and she smoked A LOT.

The strongest trend will probably remain the migration from north to south (FL, TX, NC), out of CA and IL and also a little more away from heat, water shortage, wild fire smoke and storms.Real estate markets move so slow, that short term is realitvley easy to predict based on leading indicators.
