They should still be responsive but may not be fully customizable if you are asking them to do things in a specific way.  

I believe the solution to this is a customizable fund that allows you choose individual deals but invest a smaller amount per deal.

If you insist, I would not use Buildium, but use Propertyware (both owned by Real Page) - Propertyware is more robust and more customizable.  1) Your transition plan has to have a checklist for each door. 

Here are a few main things I'd recommend.BeyondPricing/Wheelhouse - They are great dynamic pricing tools with some customizability.

Others like Lodgify or Hostfully offer similar customizable direct booking capability that syncs pricing and availability across all your channels, you’ll just pay 4-10x as much for some slicker looking web designs.
