I believe the solution to this is a customizable fund that allows you choose individual deals but invest a smaller amount per deal.

If you insist, I would not use Buildium, but use Propertyware (both owned by Real Page) - Propertyware is more robust and more customizable.  1) Your transition plan has to have a checklist for each door.

Others like Lodgify or Hostfully offer similar customizable direct booking capability that syncs pricing and availability across all your channels, you’ll just pay 4-10x as much for some slicker looking web designs.
