I am one of the creators of the Upstate Ny REI group--we will be having a meet up in April. 

In fact, there's a great podcast called HOW I BUILT THIS which had the AirBnB creator on once, and he himself noticed that the site was stagnant until he personally flew to New York and offered to take pictures for people who were listing on his site.  

I believe that you must be the creator of the trust and thus you still own it.

I believe you were truly endowed with the seeds of greatness- fashioned after the image of our Creator.

I have a suggestion for the site...not sure where it will end up being on the site or if its been mentioned before but we should have a business plan creator.

I also subscribed to a channel called You Are Creators that shows many different mindset videos.

Brandon one of the creators of bigger pockets has a great video on you-tube its called I how i quickly analyze a deal. he addresses things like 1% rule and why sometimes the 50% does not work. you should check that out.

The creators of the site have created a extremely thorough and detailed guide on how to utilize a buy-and-hold strategy.

If you are looking for a bigger pockets meet-up group I have not found one of those yet in my area I am a little north of you in Lake Worth, but I do know the creators of the meet-ups are part of the bigger pockets group.
