Having a full stop shop doesn't seem weird from an efficiency standpoint, especially when these businesses are synergistic.

You could also look into regional banks or credit unions with experience in real estate development for middle-ground options.If I were you, I’d spend some time shopping around for the best rate/terms.

Some of it has to do with the same sorts of challenges you see with smaller sized businesses in general - mom & pop shops aren't always keeping the best financial records or doing their taxes the correct way.That’s what I figured, thanks again !
