Does anyone know of any software that one could run a cash flow split analysis for a joint venture?Maybe this is something BP can offer as one of their tools in the future. Thoughts?

Is it just me, or when you get wholesaler emails about their "Deals", or see "Deals" posted here or other forums/facebook do you want to stop looking at these posts/emails, lite your head on fire and then calm click REPLY,  type "NOT A DEAL" and push send?

If you get a yacker on the comms they tie up the whole airspace  so there was a good one a few weeks ago with a AA  737 who had flaps slats go TU and you listen for 15 minutes as they try to fix the problem how the tower is helping them.. then the chilling  How many soles on board and how much fuel.. and you then become very proud to be in the aviation community when you hear how calm our US professional pilots are..

But like life it worked itself out, I calmed down and learned to enjoy and embarrass this passion and it finally fell into place.

Or is it best to just save the cash flow and wait for things to calm down and buy more when the opportunity is greater?

Working for a developer and having done many deals where we operate and manage and have investors the deal is typically a water fall where.

In my opinion it will calm down in the next 5-8 years, at that time I want to be in the best position possible to take full advantage of the market.
