I work everyday with subcontractors and materials suppliers, all of which are men, and have no problems with it. 

Once the correction happens I will have a good streamline of better deals and the labor/ general contractors will become cheaper ( I am also building relationships with my suppliers as well).

If you contract with a licensed supplier/installer and have the tenant pay the bill, ok.

Suppliers/services are coming into the area also to support Volvo and Mercedes. 

No real estate agent or contractor used however, I can recommend good laborers and building material suppliers.

Even if they don't meet their estimated 13,000 direct hire jobs @ $56000 a year plus benefits, plus 7,000 supplier jobs, half that many jobs in Racine will make a huge improvement in the local economy.     

Also try visiting the hardware suppliers in your area at 7am in the morning, next time you are in town.

I engaged a licensed HVAC contractor to do my central air systems- I’ve been burnt in the past, so my code going forward, is to buy materials myself, and pay the labor upon completions or milestones- The issue with HVAC is suppliers will only sell to licensed contractors, not homeowners.  

(d) A public or private water supplier shall not impose a lien against real property to secure unpaid charges for water furnished unless the owner of such real property is the person who incurred the charges and shall not deny water services when such a lien has been extinguished.
