IMHO a good system has a screen that shows all the payments in some ACH state:  queued,  bounced NSF,  paid. 

I would welcome all Colleague Invites to network and bounce ideas and questions off each other. 

However, this is a very difficult real estate market to get into due to the high price to buy.I'm currently bouncing back and forth between the thought of investing out of state into a turnkey property that cash flows (still whittling down the markets, but have been researching a few), versus house hacking a duplex here in San Diego.

Even at the start, I highly valued having a tax pro in my corner to bounce ideas off of, and make sure I'm not getting into tax trouble.

It just feels like the mortgage company bounced me around to no one in charge when I asked about it

I wish I had people to bounce ideas off of when I started.

Expanding the property is an idea that has been bouncing around in my head.

I'm confident I can do the job in a couple days and make it look great, but the issue is I’m weary the check will bounce after I do the work.

Of course if you choose to go down this road be sure to choose a company that will be there to bounce investment ideas off of to insure they're compliant.
