It can work, but you have to really study the numbers to see what makes sense. 

To invest in Section 8 housing, look at areas such as Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton, choose safe neighborhoods, study Section 8 standards, analyze property types, and explore financing choices.

I really can say that everything needs to be perfectly handled without any room for error.However, you do not need to go and study all aspects of Dodd/Frank, Safe Act, Senate Bill 43, the Property Code, the Finance Code, insurance law and all case law regarding wraps. 

Someone could have income from a pension, disability, investments, or even Section 8 without being employed.I'm not taking the time to study your market, but the ad looks pretty good.

I haven’t seen any longer term studies done, only promotional info when the RE market was generally rising.  

I’ve taken time to study markets in each state and identified a few promising opportunities.

Recognize initial cash flow is likely at an all time worse.  3 recent studies show that the rent to value ratios are at an all time worst.  

I have studied the system and revisiting for more understanding while implementing it.
