People think it's inexpensive to install a Washer & Dryer, but getting the gas, electrical, water, and drain/vent there is usually quite expensive.Here in Chicago, we always want to be at the top of the market regardless of the competition, so we almost always install a W/D when we renovate our properties, even in some of the less desirable neighborhoods.

The problem with those is that you have to integrate your account via API with Twilio and you won't be able to scale your daily texting volume past 100-200 texts a day before your account starts getting blocked for sending too much and for not being compliant

For instance, you can't block off May through December on your calendar - it will stay open and show as available to guests, and you'll need to explain in your description that you won't be renting it then.
