This condo complex and the condo I lived at some years prior both had special assessments which blindsided me.

This way you only have one blind side on the right side backing in.

This does happen and is important to have a trusted person (agent, lawyer, title closing agent) walk you through the process of purchasing a home, at least at first, so you don't get blindsided.

But, if you are not focused and stay stagnant for a period of time, you might get blindsided by life.

But while I might feel bad for someone that buys in a more freedom supporting area, and then gets blindsided by anti freedom radicals, it's harder to have the same sympathy for people that invest in areas that are already hostil.

I totally got blindsided because the plumber said this is a standard price for them.
