Maybe at the same time you are securing the deal you can be interviewing around to find a solid PM company & kill 2 birds with 1 stone. 

No system is perfect, so don't waste your time chasing after the next shiny object.

Most of the time what people are really chasing is time freedom and that can be achieved quicker by using a W2 and real estate and other investment strategies to build a strong foundation instead of rushing.

My comments: If we don't trust the banks, like Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase to handle our money, we may be at an extreme time, like having a world war III etc.

Plus this guy must have done some really bad stuff to have the A Team, Airwolf and KITT chasing him.
