I could probably get slightly better by shopping around but had a local bank give a loan to buy out my last local co owner in a REI company and had to restructure a lot of loans but got 4% on the big one so I am dam happy with that. 

In fact, the on I attend regularly meets on Big Beaver Road near I-75.

Michael,I know we have had a lot of rain recently and there is a lot of hydraulic pressure forcing the water up.I think would you would be better off stopping the water from the outside than damming it up on the inside. 

@Patrick Howe you need to read the RLTO - http://www.cityofchicago.org/dam/city/depts/dcd/ge...you might be exempt if you are owner occupied but I ALWAYS suggest new landlords follow it anyway regardless of exemption
