In our case here therewould be a copyright with the Board, but they are not going to go out and seek issues with the public, especially when that party may very well use a Realtor, so who would bark at them.That's my hunch on the matter, if it were me, I'd use the basic form as required.

You go down to the big box store and in the garden department, they will have big rolls of different grades of black plastic ground cover.Buy something with UV protection and lay that on the ground and cover with the rock you want, or with bark chips.Plain rock is pretty ugly, so you might want to add a few small beds of drought tolerant plants or cactus.Rock isn't cheap and it's hard work to get it spread without destroying your plastic ground cover.

I have never heard of a deed restriction restraining any buyer from financing or refinancing over any period of time.Put the money in escrow by the time the seller gets the HUD-1, I can't see them barking at all.
