What risks were associated with the transaction?

For most investors, purchasing a room condo makes no sense due to all of the associated human element risks.

Regarding the condo/townhome situation in Fort Myers vs Bonita Springs, I would say the more important things to focus on would be the association fees charged, what is included in those, and the rental restrictions of the association.

The bottom line for us is that the financial benefits associated with the deal must far outweigh the risks.  

While I understand the risks associated with investing in areas unfamiliar to you, my budget forces me to do so.

The associates I know at the moment aren't in this realm and I would like to have some sort of guidance moving into this next steps.So I'm looking for developers/mentors to help me move forward.
