BUT, in finance, in mortgage brokerage arrangements, "investor" means your own money, not your uncle's money, not your buddies money, not borrowed money, your money.

I have already found and vetted tenants so the only cost to him is the lease; I've made arrangements for current repairs. 

Several times now, fraudsters have taken our property listed for sale including all the staged photos and posted as a rental. 

You need to contact the lender to make arrangements in addressing the delinquency.
