And you can have up to 11 of those loans under your name. so the process is repeatable as long as you follow the guidelines. im not saying its the best option, but im saying its a viable option, and what annoys me most is when I see so much misinformation posted about it anywhere. the reason I created my YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram communities around the topics was because I saw how many times people were posting here asking questions about the 203k and were getting the wrong answers or mislead constantly by people with no deep & hands on experience with the program.

Annoying tenants, late payments, occasional not paying, leaving and leaving the house a mess, bad contractors, bad PMs, etc...there's an extent of that, that is "normal".

i think was because my property is larger but older, and i think having below market will give me that extra edge in getting larger tenant pooli think 3bedroom 1.5bath (slightly newer) is rent around $1450, and i have 4bed 3bath, but with older house, it's probably not as fancy. i posted on zillow on Sunday for $1550 and only had 3 inquire so far, one being section 8but i think you are right, it's just my personal flaw that i think my rents is always slightly lower if not greatly lower than market for all my other rental property, which i was doing just fine with low interest rate, but 7.625% is kinda annoying now.

Was extremely annoying but we at least got them on our lease which makes it a little easier in the future to evict.
