However, you can INVEST in real estate, private property, gold silver, notes mortgages, llamas, businesses, horses, stocks, bonds, basically anything but life insurance, collectibles, alcohol-The irs does not recommend or authorize any investment and if you look on their scam page it specifically says if anyone tells you the investment is recommended by them it is not true.

You also want to make sure if you've included water and electricity based on one person living there, you account for the extra consumption-if the tenants pay water and electricity, this won't matter.

Overall, lower interest rate means less interest expense for everyone, more money leftover means increased consumption, lesser yield rate for bank accounts, less of a reason to keep your money in the bank which means more money flowed to the market and investments, but higher inflation bad for savers but good for assets because more appreciation and capital gains.
