Both of those could put an investor where you are today - unfortunately.I can tell you that I believe I've avoided these types of issues from happening on my deals because I joined coaching programs and had mentors.

Anyway, the program was such an obvious BS fluff that an overwhelming percentage of students demanded their money back claiming they were defrauded.  

It actually is a solid program.

However, asset based loan products require liquid assets, property equity is not a liquid asset for an asset based program.All our 2nd mortgage programs just increased limits to $750,000!
