I know your cost of living May be higher than mine was (I live in Virginia), but the skills you develop from this will be extremely useful in many ways. 

There are also a lot of people who have good sales skills that have started getting into the business.

So, every non-government job your tenants have will end in the foreseeable future unless new companies move into the city and create replacement jobs that pay similar wages and require similar skills; Otherwise, soon all that will be left are lower-paying service sector jobs.

I did a lot of repairs myself but also hired a few skilled contractors for things like electrical work and plumbing.

If i was starting from scratch, i'd probably start by developing a job skill, probably in the trades like electrician or plumber.

When I was his age and even into my early 30's I had a fear of speaking to people or publicly and am comfortable doing it now, but we have felt this is a good skill to have.

If you need help developing skills, changing your mindset around money, educating yourself on evaluating and choosing investments, or learning how to create passive income, it's okay if you can't figure it out on your own.

Knowing that AI has natural language processing skills, I was hoping to see if it's possible to point, teach, interact, and then pull back responses for prospecting purposes.
