An all tile shower will be more extensive than a tub with tile surround and same with a real wood vanity compared to the particle board version.

For the money it's hard to beat RTA cabinets, you can get a nice looking solid plywood cabinet for less than the cheapest particle board one from the big box stores.  

Keep in mind, every time you walk inside of your home you drag in micro particles of lead.

It only takes one particle to lodge in your lungs the wrong way and 10-20- or even 30 years down the rd you're in your last agonizing days.
