Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.

If there was an architect involved, the zoning laws and other items such as ADA Compliance, Title 24, and other design-related items usually fall under their purview.

Emotional support dog is actually covered and is part of the whole law and ADA. 

Look in the paper or on-line classifieds such as Craigslist and it may just say right in the ad as owner financing available.2.The Property is listed For Sale and also For Rent.

Just because a place has a ramp does not make it ADA compliant, and on top of that every state has a little extra thing to add to ADA compliant homes. 

If they want electrical service, fresh water & sewage services to every site, and just for kicks ADA standard bathrooms for so many occupants, it can get really expensive really quick.

We just worked with them on the design of an ADA compliant entrance on a commercial storefront. 

Service animals are to be treated no different than say a wheelchair.And just to head it off at the pass before the inevitable wrong chime in that always comes from this type of discussion....the ADA has zero to do with Residential Real Estate.
