The problem is, airbnb income is not considered "stable" so for qualifying purposes there isn't a way to project that accurately if there isn't any previous rental history for the property. 

Aaaand they would be accurate in the advice they give maybe 1:40 times.......

Hi guysI don't know much (to put it more accurately anything) about buying real estate.

However, as I said an investor could strike an honest deal anticipating that the property will sell for more than the taxes owed and be willing to gamble on that.
