To Cozy: could really benefit from Stessa dashboards on their pages with a seamless click thru to Stessa for drilling through the data.. 

I'm happy to put $10-$50k into each deal but would rather do it through something with an online portal rather than find individuals to partner with as even though I'm sure some syndicators do this already, I'd rather go through an online platform with a centralized dashboard, ease of info, and others to invest alongside with transparently. 

But, it's worth the monthly subscription fee.They have a lot of more tools than Cozy like a dashboard, contacts (were you input a contractors information, that way you can send them the maintenance requests, free listings website, accounting, team tools, and more.

Favoriting/saving an article that you can find from your dashboard/profile page (right now I have a word doc with a bunch of links to different articles).

And that's a HUGE win in my eyes.2) The dashboard with quick glance KPI information is a really nice feature and makes accountability of your team really easy.My advice is look elsewhere for a CRM until they complete a major overhaul of this system.

You're limited on how to view the data and your dashboard.

I get the same error every-time when I select/crop my picture only for it to direct me to my dashboard. 

They grant access rights to multiple members, have landlord dashboards and more accounting functionality since landlords like reports.Regarding landlord softwares, some are free and others have a membership. 

Your best bet is to create dynamic dashboards to combine all these items together in an easy to understand manner.
