Over the past couple of months I have read Robert Kiyosaki's books, Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Unfair Advantage as well as Donald Trump's Art of the Deal.

But in that market price usually trumps nice.

The association lost because based on Indiana Law (which trumps associations and HOA) said that the rule restricted the owners legal right to use the property as he saw fit and that our association rule was illegal.

If now then I think the “new pool” feature trumps the plaster/pebble in a buyers mind - it’s new and clean.

Basically we've put our buildings for sale at prices which, while still fair to a buyer, would financially trump keeping the properties (even if management were free!)

That may be the state timeline rule but federal rules (trump state rules) require payoff to be submitted within 7 days of request.

Sure I want to make money but also value maintaining quality places to live, as well respecting the quality of the community and neighborhoods I’m involved in.It is not only me, but love him or hate him (and not trying to make this political either way) Donald Trump visits his properties as well, talks to people and sees how it’s going.

Since this is my first 'deal', I realize that I'm going in the opposite direction but the opportunity and ability to help family trumps my personal ambitions. 

I'm reading this thread while listening to the news channel is running in the background talking about Trump and his lawyers.
