I engaged a licensed HVAC contractor to do my central air systems- I’ve been burnt in the past, so my code going forward, is to buy materials myself, and pay the labor upon completions or milestones- The issue with HVAC is suppliers will only sell to licensed contractors, not homeowners.  

(d) A public or private water supplier shall not impose a lien against real property to secure unpaid charges for water furnished unless the owner of such real property is the person who incurred the charges and shall not deny water services when such a lien has been extinguished.

@Jay Hinrichs, I agree with you as you know mate, however as I was one of those NZ marketers I have to say the issue was the US suppliers not the down under marketers in many cases.

My first priority is to ensure that my investors, network partners, and suppliers get real value from interacting with me.

Find a commercial/professional floor supplier in your area.

This property is less than 3 miles from the hospital, only a few miles from a ton of Boeing suppliers (and other industrial companies) in Kent, etc. 

My subs are swamped , my suppliers are swamped .
