I'm a fan of the more neutral color choices so that you can stage your home in such a way that there are more options and opportunity to create more pop for your photos. 

I'm never a fan of over-paying, but some markets have remained "overpriced" for decades. 

Although I have never personally used Innaugo, the company seems to have raving fans.

But if you think about it, nothing is truly passive unless you completely hand over your business, which is rare.I’m a big fan of diversification, so I’m curious—do you diversify beyond real estate?

Personally not a fan.

Currently have ceiling fans in the apartment and its a 1 bedroom. 

Also a big fan of the panhandle of Florida. 

We normally put high velocity fans in to help speed up the drying.
