Does anyone currently own rental properties near Eagle Creek Reservoir / Park / Airpark (Indianapolis) that could share their experience?

While I dont invest in Ashburn, many of the locations I do are very similar (Rockville, Silver Spring, DC) and I can firmly attest I cash flow comfortably....and cash flow more and more as the rent grows each year.

I think that silver tsunami via Baby boomers are going to hit major cities like Phoenix and Tucson.

Im about to do the same thing and sell a property I have in Silver Spring so I can turn that into 2 properties.

The entire exchange period is only 180 days so the max your money will be tied up is an additional 135 days.And there's another silver lining - depending on how the dates line up your 180 days may not end until 2019. 

Not at Delta, United, or American, but at their regional partners Delta Connection, United Express, and American Eagle. 15 years ago pilots would pay for their own training to get these jobs. 

Also look at silver lot more upside than gold.

I recommend these cities not because of the casino but because of the new silver line extension and major development within the Seaport region.
