Get rid of them as quickly as you can or you will face bigger problems down the road.The deposit is for cleaning and damages after the lease is over.

That gets rid of all of their rights.That should clear up all tax sale issues.

We were able to get rid of all our other programs other than Propstream to run comps and such.
