I have been pre-approved for my first mortgage and currently looking at a wide array of investments in Ontario, Alberta and Québec. 

Hi all, just wondering if anyone would like to give their long term (10-15 years) for the province of Quebec?

I just purchased my first 4plex in Trois-Rivières(Quebec,Canada) I paid 206 000$ at a  2.04% with rbc.

i'm also investing remotely, from Quebec so it should be relatively turnkey. thanks

We own a home in Denver, it's a SFH flip in the North Park Hill neighborhood (between Monaco and Quebec on 26th).

I've been looking around for canada specific info/blogs.I can't really give you my opinion yet though as I'm still very new at all this.If you have other Canada related sites (especially for quebec province) please share :)
