Our community is actively identifying and investing in off-market deals, sharing the cost of virtual assistants and direct mail, sponsoring deals, investing our own capital, and having multiple group calls and webinars every week with institutional analysts, real estate and SEC attorneys, regional banks, private lenders, and other experts specifically to discuss and analyze deals within the community.

The question I'm up against is what private money is going for these days for a build with this much room for upside.

Investment Info:Single-family residence private money loan investment.

The other way I fund deals with none of my own money is using a private lender that I have years of experience and relationship with and/or using HELOC and other business lines of credit.

I was being factious with the suggestion that PP folks would run up to the high desert they are more likely to go out to La quinta and one of the many private clubs there which will have housing to their standards ..
