They're pre-finished RTA, and it's usually only ~$100-150 per cabinet to install.

If youre older and wealthier, paid off sounds a lot better.

A HYSA pays 4.5-5%(before rates went down) pre-tax, 3% net tax if you're a high earner. 

We negotiated a deal with the owner for 20% Equity, we are responsible for infilling the community as well as property management (which we also get paid separately for).

Start networking with local agents and investors for insights, and talk to a lender to get pre-approved to understand your budget.

The price was right, REI Nation offered management fee concessions, REI paid down the rate, and the rehad work was spectacular, as usual.

I am not that smart so I need people who can do this and they should be paid properly with the upside!
