San Diego and the surrounding areas are VERY ADU friendly so there are properties with options to add one in the back that are really starting to pop there and could be an alternative option.Take it slow.

This can happen for any number of reasons but for example if Powell says something that seems contradictory to the above assumptions rates can pop quickly up.

STR projections are only projections and can go underwater fast if 2-3 luxury properties with serious amenities pop up in the neighborhood.
