If you are an employer and an applicant applies for a position with you and hands you their resume done via an Excel spreadsheet, verses someone who hands you a professional resume done through Microsoft Word or some Resume software program, which one would you think would be the best suited for the job, based on both applicants having the same qualifications?

As I write this draft on Microsoft Word I realize there’s that annoying red squiggly line under BiggerPockets, and without hesitation I right-clicked the word and selected “Add to Dictionary”.

It seems like Microsoft and Google are at it again, only this is the battle of the social networks.

A lot of years ago, I wrote a technical paper on this topic (long before there were blogs or MicroSoft Word).

Apple, Facebook, Microsoft and many other companies are moving in and giving people a lot of hope for the future.

I focus on construction technology, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365), project efficiencies, and business operations (Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). 

If you know how to use Microsoft excel this makes organization into categories you understand more useful.

These are two very distinct functions, and neither will have a positive effect on your business without the other.I come from the tech world (I was in management at Microsoft for many years before I transitioned to real estate).  

So, I will need it to be able to effectively handle Microsoft Office, Quick Books and some other business programs.What do you use or what would you choose, PC or MAC?

When I click the "back" button on the browser, I get an odd message "Tab recovered", and I get asked whether or not I want to send a message to Microsoft about the problem.
