I would also go to LoopNet and other commercial aggregators and look at who is listing the deals and reach out to them.

turnkey section 8 is not going to be like buying a brand new home there will always be differed items or stuff that does not work etc.. age of homes makes this impossible. then you add section 8 tenants and  there you go

Just make sure you mention it in your listing description so expectations are met if they do need to access it!

You can't list your commercial rentals on their website, it is definitely geared for residential rentals.
