For appraisal purposes, an old dish washer is a lot better than an empty hole with wires sticking out.

(That said some other Japanese & Korean off brands are still working ok for me as well).

Lights on, blinds open, vacant home, pets removed, beds made, dishes put up and all the other things we want done to sell the house.I have no idea if the appraisal was biased or not, but get 3 appraisers to measure the house and they all come up with different sizes.....pictures or no pictures.

No cable or dish setup.

Tenant agrees to keep common areas clean, do their dishes within 8 hours, keep noise to a minimum from 10pm-8am on weeknights, respect the right of other roommates to enjoy the house, and resolve any disputes with other roommates in good faith."2.

I bought this alongside the other, so same story as the last... as early as 12 perhaps, my mother - who is a Korean-American immigrant - engrained in me two defining principles that have literally guided me to the here-and-now:1 - Invest in real estate2 - Work for yourselfSo that's what I decided to do at age 20 as a college-undergrad who didn't feel as if the traditional path of Bachelors Degree - graduate - Masters Degree - graduate - 9-to-5 until retirement was the route for me.

IE making sure the kitchen has can openers and a dish drying rack, picking up the mailbox key from the post office, assembling night stands, etc.Most of us manage remotely just fine, but most of us also visit our property once before going live to get it all setup. 

We had Dish, and they said after so many months of non-use, they consider your account inactive and shut off the signal - despite us still paying for it!  

Here are the amenities they are currently thinking of providing to travelers:Shared refrigerator spaceShared dishes / dinnerwareComplementary Keurig coffeeComplementary breakfast cereal (possibly eggs)Shower towels w/complementary soap + shampooHigh speed internetA table with the capacity for 5 to 8 chairs so business traveler guests can do some work in the house if they need to (there's not enough room in the bedrooms for individual desks unless)Is there anything you would omit or add to the above list?

It prevents not only this issue but the case where the tenant claims they own the refrigerator, stove, microwave, ceiling fans, dish washer, room AC, etc.BTW I am tending to believe the tenant mostly because he is indicating the deposit is less than the rent.
