Thank you  My recommendation is to sign up at paperstac, debexpert and some of the online sites that sell loans as well as join some fb groups on note investing as people push loans through there as well.

It's been very helpful to me as I consider another TK property, and being able to sit on these types of conversations is exactly the value I was seeking for the price when I joined BP. 

You would be way better off joining a mastermind or a coaching program than joining them.

I wish I had known this was possible 20 years ago, but learned of it when I joined the industry 11 years ago.
