I'm sure the struggles by which the TMPs finally discover Furnished Finder is a whole other post!

While you will likely discover some good ones, in my experience you will find people more invested in marketing and gathering fees from your investment then mastering real estate operations. 

I'm Valentina, I'm from Italy and I recently discovered this great community of BiggerPockets and I'm really excited to start investing in real estate.

Probably 90% of sub to / seller financed transactions involve purchase price ABOVE what an investor would pay having to obtain new institutional financing or paying cash.  

It's probably best to go to local Credit Unions and small banks for those than large institutions at the moment.

I'm currently exploring real estate investments, which led me to discover Bigger Pockets.I'm new here and just exploring to get a sense of things.

I haven't, however, found much info on them as an institution so looking here.
