I just can't imagine why you would liquidate your successful, growing real estate holdings to send your money off to something that is super risky and doesn't pay that well over the long term.

If you dont want to deal with what you have now, just imagine if it were tens times more problems and expenses.

If you're thinking of living here I imagine operating this will be a challenge.

Imagine if he does a perfect install job, but the unit catches fire anyway?

Imagine what your life would look like if you had held onto all that real estate from 20-30 years ago.

Just imagine that you are Airbnb or Vrbo, OTA makes money when guests book on its platform, that is why OTA punishes people who uses direct booking outside of its platform.

I would have to imagine folks who are competent enough to represent this type of value-add are typically focusing on larger opportunities than small to mid-size SFR portfolios.  

If a residential contractor can take the AIA system, paired with the commercial professionalism and apply it to their residential business, I can't imagine how they wouldn't be successful. 

STR....I can only imagine the groups of individuals who will rent this house on a short term basis.

I would imagine the hold back is lower.
