Which got me looking at betting lines.I am not a gambler or sports bettor.  

I believe you also imply that the REI holds the benefit of spinning off some instant income but only a gambler would spend this as free income and not pay off these properties.

@David Song those record-breaking 2017 Investors/Gamblers can always HOPE that the rents (and values) will continue to rise at their historic rates, but, "hope" won't make it so...

Some of these stories you read on BP those investors...gamblers really own nothing.

Developers are defiitely gamblers, as there's never a guarantee the project will be successful.

Ended up not being to big of a deal, but did cost us 2 months of time we didn't expect to get a variance before selling it.You gotta be smart and careful...and sometimes a gambler!
